With an eye for design and love for architecture, Rea Netherton brings passion and dedication to the Roxan Coffman Properties group. Prior to joining Roxan Coffman Properties as a real estate agent, Rea worked for an internationally renowned residential real estate firm. With customer service as her top priority, Rea produced over 5 million in sales in her first year as a Realtor.

Marco Abdelnour

Associate

Hailing from Canada, Marco graduated from Glendon College – York University with a Bilingual (French) Honors BA degree in International Studies. Marco comes to Austin by way of New York City and Toronto where he worked for years in luxury retail sales, owned and operated his own boutique, and became an expert in the cultural and economic aspects of each city. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Marco brings natural professionalism and a no-nonsense negotiating style that puts his client’s priorities above all else. Your success is his passion.

Having lived throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, Marco’s love of languages and cultures has led him to thrive in the customer facing industries. Through his husband Nathaniel’s interior design practice, he was immersed in the luxury real estate industry and discovered his inclination to help others find their dream home.

Marco is an active member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a volunteer with Out Youth, supporting LGBTQ Youth in Austin. He and Nathaniel recently purchased a home in the South Lamar neighborhood, enjoy dining out at Austin’s countless restaurants, and walking town lake with their whippet, Nova.

Paula Duke

Associate

Paula graduated from the University of Texas and has lived in Austin for 25 years.  She and her husband raised their two boys here and were very involved in their schools and community activities.

Paula is respected for her attention to detail, extensive real estate knowledge, local connections and commitment to the Austin community. Prior to entering into the residential real estate arena, Paula honed her skills in advertising and marketing.  She has valuable experience in negotiation and sales, and is known for her strong work ethic and dedication to clients.

Paula’s philanthropic efforts span several decades.  She has been heavily involved in the Helping Hand Home for Children, the Junior League of Austin and Tarrytown United Methodist Church.

Paula spends most of her free time with family, friends, and two black lab puppies.

Christy Emshwiller

Associate

Christy possesses more than a decade of real estate experience across multiple markets including Austin, Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte and Vail. Born and raised in the Midwest, Christy received her BA degree in Sociology from Colorado State University. Her extensive background in customer service and hospitality management led her to a career in real estate. Before joining Roxan Coffman Properties, Christy co-owned a residential real estate company with offices in Aspen, Colorado and Austin, Texas. Christy holds a visionary eye for home restoration and has first-hand experience and vast knowledge in structural and interior design.

Over the course of her real estate career, Christy has found that one of the most important aspects of real estate is forming lasting relationships with her clients. Her work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction have afforded her repeat clients in Aspen and Austin.

In her free time, Christy enjoys living an active lifestyle and exploring her Bryker Woods neighborhood with her two daughters and golden retriever. Christy is a member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer at her daughters’ schools and enjoys exploring the Austin culinary scene.
