In the realm of Austin residential real estate, Roxan Coffman is the embodiment of the word experience. Her perspective, based on decades of intimate knowledge of the city and its surrounds, is unmatched by any other realtor in the market. When she speaks about the characteristics and value of Austin properties, she does so in a historic context born of nearly forty years of close connections to the land and the people who inhabit it.
Roxan began her career in 1982 during a burgeoning period in the Austin real estate market. At the time, many of the high-end developments that now comprise Austin’s most desirable places to live were either raw land or as-yet largely undiscovered. As a young realtor, Roxan had a rare opportunity to study vast parcels of land in their natural state, both from the air and on the ground, and to become personally acquainted with many of the original owners.
Today, Roxan is a top producer in luxury homes sales, specializing in Central Austin (where she has lived for decades), downtown, Tarrytown and Westlake, as well as Central Texas waterfront and ranchlands. She has deep, enduring connections within the Austin business and social communities, and is intricately familiar with the area’s public and private school systems. Roxan works hard to keep her perspective fresh by closely monitoring local real estate trends, maintaining active ties with regional chambers of commerce, and keeping abreast of new companies relocating to the area.
Perhaps above all, Roxan prides herself on having succeeded as an independent broker, free to make decisions in the best interests of her clients. She is laser-focused on satisfying clients’ needs and desires.
A graduate of The University of Texas, avid Longhorn, and devoted community servant, Roxan served for many years on the Austin Board of Realtors’ Grievance Committee and Standards and Procedures Committee. She has been included as a Top Producer in the Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards and named to the Elite 25—the top 0.25%. Roxan has also served as a member of the Austin Luxury Real Estate Forum, The Junior League of Austin, the Women’s Symphony League of Austin, and the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Kerri Baldwin is an energetic, highly accomplished residential real estate professional focused on helping individuals, couples and families buy and sell homes in the Greater Austin area. An Austin resident for almost a decade, she and her family put down roots in the Lost Creek neighborhood of Westlake Hills, home to the highly acclaimed Eanes ISD. Since then, she has immersed herself in the Westlake community and beyond as a mom of three children, an officer of the Eanes Elementary School PTO board, and a leader in the local scouting program. As a special needs mom, Kerri uses the insights she has gained to mentor new parents.
“My family is here to stay, says Kerri. “I have my finger on the pulse of the Westlake and Greater Austin areas. I care about building community, sharing my knowledge with neighbors and clients, and working to keep our neighborhood safe and real estate values high.”
A native Texan, Kerri was first drawn to real estate because it offered a chance to combine her love of people and her passion for beautiful homes. After learning the ins and outs of the industry in Boston and New York City, she moved home to begin her real estate career at one of Houston’s top residential firms, Greenwood King Properties, where she established a name for herself selling luxury homes inside the Loop.
Kerri’s trademarks are in-depth knowledge of the market, comprehensive A-Z service, and white-glove attention to every client. Whether you need help sprucing up your home to maximize its value, editing and organizing, or navigating a sale or purchase in Austin’s highly competitive real estate market, Kerri is poised to be not merely your agent, but your trusted partner.
Kerri’s many established relationships in the Westlake community and the local real estate industry afford her keen insights into off-market and pre-MLS listings, and valuable market data. Her personality has been described as “contagious,” and she exudes a sense of calm, approachability, creativity, and passion for all she does.
Kerri would love an opportunity to meet your needs with a comprehensive plan for your next real estate transaction.

As a fifth generation Austinite, Louise is passionate about her hometown and working with clients to feel confident navigating the Central Texas real estate market. Her background in wealth management combined with her attention to detail and high energy make her a loyal and trusted advisor to all of her clients. Since working in financial services, she instills knowledge and insight when approaching a transaction and understanding the importance of each investment decision. Growing up in Austin but moving to other parts of the country and living in vibrant cities has given her an edge to truly understand and appreciate the importance of home.
After graduating from St. Stephen’s Episcopal School, Louise attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She majored in Business Administration and played field hockey for the Tar Heels. Following graduation from UNC, she lived in Philadelphia and Nashville working for a New York-based investment firm. During her time in Philadelphia and Nashville, she enjoyed getting to know new cities and living in exciting and bustling parts of each place, first in Center City Philadelphia one block off of Rittenhouse Square and later in Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood where she bought her first home. Since moving back to Austin, she has coached middle school and upper school field hockey at St. Stephen’s and began working in real estate first with an investment group and now as an agent with Roxan Coffman Properties.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time on Lake Austin and experiencing all that our wonderful city has to offer. She and her husband put down roots in the Old Enfield neighborhood where they can often be found walking to Clarksville and taking their black lab, Deacon, to the West Austin Dog Park.
